1. Bund walls are prepared with TR 35 fillet and Rawpaste mastic prior to laying membrane.

2. Overlaps are sealed with an application of Rawpaste mastic.

3. All internal and external corners are sealed to ensure a complete seal is achieved.

4. The entire bund must be sealed ensuring a bond is made to all plinths, sumps and ducts.

5. Once the membrane is laid and all overlaps/penetrations sealed, 50mm sand identification layer is placed.

6. A minimum 200mm layer of single sized stone is placed into the bund.

7. The stone confines the RAWMAT® HDB but allows volume for oil to be maintained.

8. RAWMAT® HDB provides an economical and effective barrier to transformer bunds. Also allows easy maintanence.
