STOPAQ supplies a wide range of green visco-elastic solutions to protect assets from corrosion and water ingress.
Their patented visco-elastic product solutions are produced in two different plants at sites in Stadskanaal, The Netherlands and Damman, Saudi Arabia. The products are world-wide marketed under the brands of STOPAQ®.
The visco-elastic coatings & sealants are used in many versatile applications ranging from pipelines to subsea piles and from rail to cable joint protection. The applications for the STOPAQ® visco-elastic product systems range from onshore & offshore, field & factory applied to subsea and above ground in the most extreme climates.
STOPAQ® Wrappingband
A versatile monolithic coating in wrap form for above-ground and underground use.
STOPAQ® Vinyl Ester
A pre-impregnated glass-fibre reinforced plastic sheet material, delivered in rolls, based upon an epoxy novolac vinyl ester resin, cured by means of UV-light.
STOPAQ® Paste
A mouldable product for corrosion protection of below- and above-ground (insulation) flanges and accessories that work under high temperatures.
STOPAQ® FN 4100
A special water- and oxygen-tight corrosion-prevention putty which is excellent for use on objects that are difficult to access e.g. manhole covers, flanges and valves.
STOPAQ® FN 4200
A corrosion-prevention filler which is applied for the protection of above ground flanges.
STOPAQ® Outerwrap
Outerwrap products are used for the mechanical protection of corrosion protective systems such as Wrappingband CZH.
STOPAQ® Polyester
A pre-impregnated glass-fibre reinforced polyester lining material, cured by means of UV-light.
STOPAQ® High Impact Shield
A mechanically-protective, stabilised, cross-lined Polyethylene backing, with a special adhesive for field joint application onshore and offshore.
STOPAQ® Mortar FR
A flame-retardant mortar.
STOPAQ® Mortar WR
Unique, cementitious rapid-setting mortar to waterproof and protect concrete from water penetration to pores and capillaries.
